Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellations

Bookings are subject to the following cancellation fee timeline. Percentages reflect the proportion of the total booking cost that will be refunded:

• 46–60 days before the booking start: 100% refund (full refund).
• 31–45 days before the booking start: 30% refund.
• 1–30 days before the booking start: 0% refund (no refund).

Safety & Weather Disruptions

In the event that the resort closes all operations (all lifts closed due to high winds, visibility, or safety hazards) or the guide cancels a backcountry session due to avalanche risk, the client will receive:

• An immediate option to reschedule the session for a later date (subject to availability).
• A 100% full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Safety Waiver

Snow sports (skiing, snowboarding, and backcountry touring) involve inherent dangers. By booking a guide or instructor, you agree to follow the safety rules of EZO Snowsports. Helmets are strongly recommended for all participants, and avalanche safety kits are mandatory for all backcountry bookings.
